- From non-affiliated financial institutions who provide transaction data to us (such as deposit and withdraw dates, transaction amounts, or account balances).
CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY: MCMI does not disclose any nonpublic personal information about you to anyone, except as necessary to provide products or services you have requested from us or to governing authorities as permitted or required by law.
We also restrict access to your personal and account information to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural
safeguards to guard your nonpublic personal information.
DISCLOSURE OF OUR PRIVACY POLICY: As a member of the financial services industry, we are sending you this notice for informational purposes and will update and distribute it annually in writing. If, for any reason, you decide to close your account(s) or become an inactive customer we will faithfully adhere to the policies and practices described above.
