Our post on Friday reported that the Conference Board’s Leading Economic Index seems to be indicating that a recession at the end of this year or early in 2023 is likely. In this issue of “On The Mark”, we are reminded that not all recessions are alike and a case is set forth that a recession, if it occurs, is not likely to be steep.
